Growth is a collective process. Just as a healthy greenhouse environment requires precise conditions, our communities thrive when we nurture  opportunities for involvement in STEM. I often work on focusing on volunteer initiatives that bring botany and  molecular biology to life for learners of all ages and abilities. By sharing the organic parallels between cellular growth and community resilience, we plant the seeds for a future where science belongs to everyone.
